On March 18, 2016, China Security & Fire Co., Ltd. held its 19th Meeting of the 9th Board and 14th Meeting of the 9th Supervisors Committee. Several resolutions were passed at the Directors’ Meeting, including “Resolution on Important Asset Purchase and Related Transaction Plan” and “Resolution on Compliance of Company for Non-public Offering Conditions”. Resolutions such as “Resolution on Proposal to Sign Relevant Agreements Including Acquisition Agreement with other Parties”, and “Resolution on Development of Shareholders Return Plan for the Next Three Years (2016-2018)” were passed in the Supervisors Meeting.

China Security & Fire has proposed to raise RMB5 billion through non-public offerings to acquire Australia SecureCorp and Guardforce (Thailand), and invest in development and construction of comprehensive security operations services Big Data platform, development program for security service robots and security system integration program.
