Wipro Launches AI-Driven ‘Google Gemini Experience Zone’ to Boost Customer Engagement

The company has trained and certified over 44,000 employees on advanced AI tools.

Technology services and consulting firm Wipro Limited partnered with Google Cloud to introduce the ‘Google Gemini Experience Zone’, which aims to drive enterprise innovation through AI-powered solutions. 

This initiative offers Wipro clients hands-on experience with Google’s latest AI advancements, allowing businesses to explore and integrate generative AI technologies tailored to their specific needs.

Gemini Experience Zone

The Google Gemini Experience Zone, hosted at Wipro’s Silicon Valley Innovation Center in Mountain View, will soon expand with an additional location in Bengaluru. These centres will provide enterprises with a unique opportunity to engage with Google’s AI tools, including Gemini models and Vertex AI, enabling in-person experimentation with generative AI applications.

Through the Experience Zone, enterprises can test the capabilities of Google Gemini’s LLMs, including advanced applications such as natural language processing, image generation, customer interaction tools, and predictive analytics. 

By providing a practical AI testing ground, Wipro aims to help companies streamline processes, enhance customer experiences, and optimise business operations across sectors like retail, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and telecommunications.

The collaboration also emphasises industry-specific solutions. Wipro’s team will work closely with clients to co-develop custom AI applications and integrate Google Cloud’s AI into existing workflows. Clients can explore real-world applications and work alongside AI and machine learning experts from both Wipro and Google Cloud to accelerate their AI journey.

Victor Morales, vice president of Global System Integrators Partnerships at Google Cloud, remarked, “Generative AI can help businesses solve complex industry challenges and streamline many of their most time-consuming processes. Through our partnership, Wipro will provide customers with the expertise to develop, deploy, and manage solutions built with this powerful technology.”

Satish Y, Wipro’s senior vice president and global head of cloud practices, ecosystem, and partnerships, emphasised the initiative’s transformative impact, stating, “Our new Google Gemini Experience Zone is a key step in our mission to empower clients with the tools they need to drive AI-led business transformation. 

Through our strategic partnership with Google Cloud, we will provide a sandbox for businesses to engage directly with Wipro and Google Cloud experts, experiment with real-world AI applications, and tailor solutions that address clients’ unique challenges, accelerating their journey towards becoming intelligent enterprises.”

Wipro has been aggressively implementing generative AI in the IT force. In the recent Q2 2025 earnings call, Wipro CEO Srini Pallia said that the company has trained and certified over 44,000 employees on advanced AI and has a number of employees actively using AI developer tools for all its customers.
