Tribeca Developers, the real estate partner of the Trump Organisation in India, has launched the country’s first Trump-branded commercial project, ‘Trump World Centre,’ in Pune, as reported by Reuters.
The developers aim to generate over $289 million, or ₹1,700 crore, in sales from the project, which is being developed in collaboration with Kundan Spaces.
India has become the largest market for Trump-branded real estate outside the US over the past decade, with Tribeca leading the development of luxury residential projects in four cities through licensing agreements.
With 27 floors of office space spanning 1.6 million sq. ft, the development is expected to be completed by 2029, according to LinkedIn News.
India has emerged as the Trump Organisation’s largest real estate market outside the United States, with four luxury residential projects currently underway in Gurugram, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Pune.
The Pune office project is expected to cater to the city’s growing demand for premium office spaces, particularly from global and local IT firms. It is slated for completion in about four years, according to Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers.
Mehta also revealed plans to launch three to four more Trump-branded luxury residential projects across northern and southern India in the next four to six weeks. The combined sales potential from these developments, including the newly launched office project, is projected to reach $1.15 billion.
